Vantage Consulting AGM & Awards The Vantage Consulting team utilized The Sanctuary for their AGM and awards ceremony. The event began with an informal theatre-style setup, featuring a projector and side screens for effective presentation visibility. Corporate branding was seamlessly integrated into the setup.

During a drinks reception with branded cocktails, the room was transformed into a formal setting with round tables, a grazing table, and a DJ for the awards segment.

We hosted an election husting event with a theatre-style layout for 100 attendees. The client provided AV, while we supplied security personnel and refreshments during the break

Can you recommend a DJ?

We can recommend DJ’s we regularly use, or you are welcome to bring your own. Our DJ’s charge £250. Alternatively, we have a sound system and iPad which you can send a playlist to, which is charged at £50 for wear and tear.

Can I dress the room?
Many guests like to enhance their celebration with room dressing. We can do balloon displays or centre peices for you. One hour set up time is provided before your party to dress the room.

Can I bring food?

We can provide pizza’s at £15 per pizza or buffets/graze tables start from £10 per head. You are welcome to bring your own food, plates and cutlery but there is a £50 charge to set up tables, provide tableclothes and clean the room following food.
